Request assistance with a colony

We assist with feral and community cat colonies in Kitsap, Pierce, and Mason Counties. Tell us about your situation and we’ll follow up.

How the process works

Each case requires a massive amount of coordination and ongoing transport and care. We do not have continuous access to a veterinarian on-site, so every appointment must be scheduled. Most cases take anywhere from 3 weeks to several months.

Eligibility & location

Once we receive your request, we first determine eligibility for assistance based on location.

Join the queue

If the location qualifies, you are placed in our queue and we set a date to meet on-site at the colony.

On-site assessment

We assess the situation, count the cats, check for pregnant mothers or litters, discuss the help you can provide, drop off supplies, and possibly set traps.

Trapping

Once traps are triggered, you contact us for pick-up. We communicate on when to reset or pause.

Medical care & recovery

Trapped cats are assessed and placed with fosters ahead of surgery, then recover for 24–72 hours.

Return or adoption

Cats are re-released to the property after their spay/neuter, unless kittens or friendly adults are eligible for adoption.
